1. About LiftWell Booking

LiftWell Booking (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a software platform that provides embeddable online booking and payment tools for cleaning service businesses. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Who can use LiftWell Booking

You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate cleaning or home services business to create a merchant account. Customers booking through a merchant's widget must be at least 18 years old.

3. Merchant accounts

As a merchant, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business and pricing information
• Completing all services customers book and pay for through your widget
• Handling customer disputes, refunds, and complaints directly
• Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Completing Stripe's identity verification to receive payouts

4. Payments and fees

Payments are processed by Stripe. LiftWell Booking charges a platform fee of 3% on each transaction. Stripe's standard processing fees (2.9% + 30¢) apply separately. You agree to Stripe's Terms of Service when connecting your Stripe account.

Monthly subscription fees (if applicable) are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use LiftWell Booking to collect payments for services you do not intend to provide, engage in fraud, violate applicable laws, or interfere with the platform's operation.

6. Limitation of liability

LiftWell Booking is a technology platform and is not a party to any agreement between merchants and their customers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by merchants. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your widget will stop accepting bookings and your data will be available for export for 30 days.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
